Qualifications - Associate Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field. - Up to two (2) years of laboratory experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. - Strong technical aptitude with solid mathematical, reading, and analytical skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to learn and operate complex laboratory equipment efficiently. - Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy in visual and physical product inspections. - Ability to maintain focus and alertness while performing repetitive tasks. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision. - Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to contribute positively to team performance and working relationships. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
