Job Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Chemical Engineering or related field of study with a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in the automotive, industrial chemicals and/or adhesives industries or related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Must have organizational and verbal and written communication skills. - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. - Experience with integrated business software, Core Tools and APQP. process/documentation helpful. - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for the majority of an eight-hour day, and function in a fast-paced environment consisting of heat, dust, and dirt Forklift experience helpful. Some travel required.
