- Ensure competitive and accurate pricing.
- Provide pricing feedback to the Sales team within 2 days.
- Coordinate with the Operations team, vendors, liners, and destination agents for shipment execution.
- Maintain good relationships with vendors and business partners.
- Prepare cost breakdowns for Stage 1 (Origin), Stage 2 (Port to Port), and Stage 3 (Destination).
- Negotiate rates with shipping liners ( Tanto, Meratus, SPIL, CTP, Temas), trucking vendors, and destination agents.
- Source competitive destination dooring agents.
- Prepare weekly shipment cost reports.
- Analyze transportation rates against market prices.
