• Minimum D3/S1 Nursing • Hold an active STR and required nursing registration/license • Previous experience as an outpatient/poliklinik nurse is preferred • Understand basic nursing procedures and outpatient services • Able to assess and monitor patients appropriately • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Compassionate, responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented • Able to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
