Memastikan pengiriman sehari-hari berjalan dengan lancar dan sesuai dengan SLA yang sudah ditetapkan
Berkoordinasi erat dengan tim warehouse, customer service, dan vendor transportasi untuk menjamin tercapainya SLA dan Kepuasan Customer
Secara Proaktif mengidentifikasi dan antisipasi issues yang terjadi, hingga dapat memberikan solusi dan countermeasure.
Memastikan operasional control tower berjalan secara real-time untuk pemantauan pergerakan armada, pengelolaan issue, visibilitas pengiriman, serta koordinasi lintas hub secara terpusat.
Melakukan evaluasi performa vendor/mitra transportasi serta pengelolaan kontrak kerja sama.
Dapat provide Report daily, weekly dan monthly report terkait Logistic & Hub
Berani mengambil keputusan sesuai dengan wewenangnya

Kualifikasi

Minimum education D3 in any major
Penempatan : Cikarang, Bantar Gebang & Legok
Minimum 3 years experience as warehouse/logistic leader in warehouseing or logistic industry
Experience in using SAP/WMS/TMS will be advantage
Excellent customer care skills
Terbiasa menggunaka Gsheet dan Excel Analysis (Intermediate)
