1. Translate business needs into HR strategies that align with organizational goals and support each unit’s success.
2. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying talent needs to onboarding candidates who fit both our culture and competencies.
3. Oversee talent management initiatives, including identifying high-potential employees, succession planning, and developing Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
4. Support Learning & Development programs by assessing training needs, preparing training plans, and evaluating program effectiveness.
5. Facilitate performance management, guiding leaders and employees to apply evaluation processes consistently and effectively.
6. Maintain strong communication with leaders and employees, fostering engagement and positioning HR as a trusted strategic partner in decision-making.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related role.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in Human Capital functions such as recruitment, training, or facilitation.
• Strong communication skills, including interviewing and negotiation techniques.
• Ability to assess candidate fit based on organizational needs.
• Familiarity with technology and recruitment tools.
• Effective time management to meet talent acquisition deadlines.
• Creativity and innovation in designing and executing the hiring process.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to build strong professional relationships.
