FINANCE MANAGER

• Lead and oversee the company’s overall finance and accounting operations.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, financial planning, and financial control.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, payments, receipts, and reconciliations.
• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including monitoring outstanding balances and payments.
• Prepare and analyze periodic financial reports for management.
• Monitor budget vs. actual performance and provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
• Ensure all financial processes and transactions comply with company policies, SOPs, and applicable regulations.
• Oversee payroll processing in coordination with the HR team and ensure payroll data is accurate.
• Maintain proper financial documentation and ensure all transactions are supported by complete documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, banks, auditors, consultants, and other external parties on finance-related matters.
• Identify financial risks and recommend improvements to strengthen financial controls and operational efficiency.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the performance of the finance team.

Kualifikasi

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with prior experience as a Finance Manager, Accounting Manager, or equivalent managerial position preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, AP/AR, reconciliation, and financial analysis.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and Indonesian taxation.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and accounting or financial management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to prepare financial reports and communicate financial insights effectively to management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and effectively lead a team.
• High integrity, accountability, and ability to maintain the confidentiality of financial information.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing multi-branch or multi-unit finance operations.
• Familiarity with HRIS, accounting software, and financial reporting systems.
• Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and internal financial controls.
• Experience handling internal and external audits.
