Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Job Responsibilities - Must have troubleshooting experience of facility/office equipment. - Working knowledge of HVAC controls and other facility maintenance tasks is preferred. - Experience with aerial lifts and working at heights and knowledge of Lock Out/Tag Out programs. - On Call capability, to support fixing equipment with possible notice of less than 2 hours. - Must have a valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles. - Microsoft office experience is a plus. - Must be able to stand for most of an 8 to 12 hour day as well as work in a manufacturing environment consisting of heat, dust, oil and dirt. - Must be able to lift greater than 50 lbs. - Excellent attendance is required. - Forklift experience is preferred. Job Requirements - Must possess a high school diploma - Have 2 -5 years of facilities maintenance experience within factory/office atmosphere or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred. - Have mechanical experience in working on forklifts, air compressors, vacuum pumps, HVAC equipment and dust collectors is a plus."
