Job Description:

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally via email, phone, or meetings

• Perform data entry, updates, and monitoring of customer information in the system with high accuracy

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly customer reports using Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, etc.)

• Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

• Provide prompt solutions and follow-ups to address customer needs

• Support other administrative tasks related to the project
