> Submit document legalitas new customer to Pantos System

> Monitoring shipment for existing customer from received, booking until finish

> Request buying rate to pricing team if there any inquiry from customer (cordination with sales for selling rate)

> Build good relationship with existing customer and solving problem if there are any issue

> Create daily, weekly, monthly report for the existing customer

> Monitoring overdue custumer until paid.
